In 2009, company registration meant endless government office visits and stacks of paperwork. We launched Smart Business Solutions in Kolkata with one belief: compliance should be simple, not scary.
Over the years we grew from a boutique CA practice into a full-service compliance platform. In 2016, Companyji.com Private Limited was formally incorporated (CIN: U74999WB2016PTC215626), and we rebranded as CompanyJi — a name that puts the founder first.
Today, in our 18th year, we serve founders across every state in India from our office at Gillander House, 8 NS Road, Kolkata — 100% online. The name changed. The mission never did.
